Did not realise it was going to be so painful. Would have been helpful to have been told to take paracetamol before hand

Katy has a lovely friendly manner and put me at ease discussing personal issues

Keran was warm and friendly. She put me at ease and made the procedure comfortable.

Gaynor makes you feel relaxed and makes the whole experience not embarrassing at all.

Gaynor is very professional and competent. She answered all my questions and really gave me time to decide what I really wanted to do. I felt so comfortable talking to here about things that I could not discuss with my gp.

It is extremely difficult to make contact with anyone from womens health clinic by telephone the number covers the UK and then has to be forwarded to the relevant brach/City whilst sat waiting for call back that can take up an hour it’s not practical or helpful when your wanting directions to the clinic are lost etc a simple whatsapp number direct contact with that specific clinic is what is needed

Katy was amazing – even though it was a video consultation, she made it really warm and engaging. Have already recommended the service to a friend, adn will continue to do so to others and also through my employer. Just brilliant – thank you.

Speaking to the practioner helped me to understand my symptoms better and was given lots of information around various treatments
