Emma is a lovely person with a great sense of humour.

Ellen was absolutely fantastic, highly professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. Also very caring and supportive and I was very impressed at the level of care offered.

It was a zoom appointment so didn’t go into office

Keran was lovely, I think a little more time should be spent on after care though as I was unsure of what I should or should not be using.

Keran was friendly and kind and her explanations were exactly what i needed. She is a lovely lady and clearly adores her job. I would recommend her to everyone!

Given lots of info and advice and answered all my questions. Nurse made me feel very comfortable, treatment not rushed

I had an excellent experience with my nurse. She was clear patient and understanding. She answered all my questions and listened with empathy to my concerns. The procedure went well and my nurse talked me through what she was doing the entire time. I am so glad I found this service. I will shout praises front the rooftop!
