I think you still need privacy screens in your treatment room. I thought it odd that the receptionist told me to message the practitioner that I was here 🤔 should be a system in place?

From start to finish I have had a wonderful experience with your clinic and the staff. I made the decision to go privately as my GP was not understanding of my menopausal issues and insisted on treating me for depression. I knew I wasn’t feeling quite myself but didn’t believe I was depressed. As soon as I spoke to Katy, it was like a weight had been lifted and she understood everything I said and felt. I would recommend anyone to contact yourselves if they are not getting the answers or treatment that they feel they should be receiving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
