Katy Pitt Allen was delightful and thorough made me feel completely at ease and it was lovely to meet Rosalind as well, whom I have spoken to you many times before when making appointments and my phone consultation. This is an AMAZING service and I am delighted to access their services. There is nothing like this anywhere else.

Katy was really friendly and explained everything she was going to do before she did it which really helped. The procedure did become quite painful but was over so quickly I soon forgot about the pain.
