Thanks to the calm and gentle nature of my practitioner Emma, my fear of the procedure far outweighed the discomfort.

I’m really not a fan of a virtual reception. This is a very personal procedure. It took a lot of courage to pick up the phone. Personally, I find a virtual reception completely impersonal.

Keren was very welcoming and kind and professional. The treatment hurt a little towards the end, I was glad I had my husband to drive me home. The treated area feels absolutely normal this morning.
