I had a zoom call waited over half hour no one rang , I had to ring the office to see what had happened, The doctor came on the call 10 mins later with know apology. This was very annoying as I was on my lunch break .

It has been over a week since I had the treatment and actually my symptoms almost feel worse than before. It would be nice to have a follow-up call with someone in these first few days/weeks and additional contact throughout to provide this support and counseling. I feel a bit left alone and unsure of what to expect. It is early days but there really isn’t much info out there. The manual just says you won’t see immediate results. Is what I am experiencing normal or should I be worried?

Hello I appreciate all the help provided. Thank you. Everyone is lovely and caring. The three stars were due to : 1. I’ve emailed my enquiry and had no response. Ended up calling a w and k later. Emails are easier for me between work. 2. Bristol practice location is not signposted. I went in on an off chance I got the building right which hasn’t got a number displayed. 3. Would be great to receive quotes for recommended or advisory treatments in writing. Again this is very minor be the amazing help I’m receiving. Just considerations.

I’ve had help with my menapause & it’s been the best thing I ever did getting in contact with this clinic. I was treated with kindness & understanding. Kate was so understanding & shows a lot of empathy. Just wish I’d know about the clinic years ago.

The whole experience was great. Katy was warm and friendly from the first phone call and despite being apprehensive about my appointment, I really had no need and it was such a relief to be able to talk to someone about my issues and know that I was on the road to getting ‘me’ back again. Well done TWHC for opening a clinic in Spain – it’s virtually impossible to find a good women’s health practitioner here and you really are going to provide a lifeline to so many women.

I didn’t like having to stand waiting in the hall. I think you should have a changing area, it all seems a bit casual. The huge questionnaires were a nightmare on a small phone and I had to do them four times (and then didn’t fill them in properly. Are they necessary as they weren’t referred to once and questions are duplicated and most seem totally unrelated to the procedure in hand. Nurse practitioner was brilliant and very easy to talk to
