Fantastic experience all slight worries disappeared after speaking to Rebecca who is so professional & kind in her approach to everything

I felt so relax and reassured during the procedure Nurses here are very experienced and they know what they’re talking about. I completed 3 appointments and l will book for every year definitely something that we should do for ourselves as Women self care is so important. I fully recommend this company

The only annoying points about the appointment was trying to get a message to the nurse I was seeing. I had got lost and called the switchboard to ask them to inform my nurse. The lady said she would pass on the message.I then called again and they said they would pass that message on too. Neither of the messages were passed onto the nurse I was seeing.

The telephone staff could do with a bit of more helpfulness otherwise a very outstanding service

Yesterday was my second appointment for NuV treatment. Whilst understanding that Keren is travelling from the West Midlands to run this clinic on your behalf, on both of my appointments she has been delayed by traffic problems. This, of itself, would not be a problem to me but on both occasions she seemed flustered and unfocussed as the consultation began. This is an intimate area of the body and my expectation as I originally signed up for the treatment was that I would be met with calmness and a supportive atmosphere. I challenged Keren yesterday by saying I was a little stressed as I got to the appointment with the aim of her understanding my viewpoint and her response was about her and her journey. I did not feel important and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. If it wasn’t so important to me I would have walked out before the second treatment yesterday. This treatment is not inexpensive. I do not feel like a valued customer, which is further enhanced by the fact that the patient toilet facilities on the floor you hire have been out of order on both of my visits (probably never repaired as it is the same scrappy notice on the door) and yesterday some of the furniture from the room you use had been moved for another clinic, which further flustered Keren. In addition, the waiting area is not attractive, Covid restrictions notwithstanding, and overall I feel it devalues your service offering. I have no concerns regarding Keren’s competence to deliver the treatment but her travel issues are not my concern, and as a professional nurse I feel she should be able to overcome them enough to put them behind her, after an initial apology, and focus on her patient.

Overall service is absolutely fantastic in all areas. Amazing staff and customer care is second to none.

The ladies were lovely, explained everything clearly and took time to ensure I was comfortable throughout.

Silveryblue are on another level entirely! So we’ve all been to numerous high street beauty therapist’s/clinics that claim to work miracles but in reality, more often than not – they are not very knowledgeable at all… and you come away feeling underwhelmed and basically they just want your money! The practictioners are trained, knowledgeable professionals – they know exactly what they are doing, they fill you with confidence, educate you about the medical treatments that they do, the whys, how’s and reasons our bodies/skin is how it is, at various stages of our lives. They offer a professional, intimate service and they over deliver! Get booked in ladies! Worth every penny!

Absolutely fantastic as always! I was warned it may hurt.. it didn’t.. I was warned it might bruise I haven’t 🙂 All the staff are delightfully friendly I cannot recommend them enough

Katy was brilliant. Reassuring, knowledgable and made some great suggestions. I felt confortable straight away and was able to dicuss everything in detail. The call felt thorough and well managed. I would definitely recommend.
