I was diagnosed with the skin disorder Lichen Sclerosus in Oct 2020. Along with this I had bladder function problems. After seeing private gynae consultants and many NHS ones too, I decided to give Nu- V laser treatment a go. I have had 3 treatments and am more than pleased with the results. My bladder function has improved and the integrity of my skin has also shown a marked improvement. The practitioner, Faye, was very professional and made me feel at ease. The treatment is more uncomfortable as opposed to painful but worth ever minute. I will most definitely being going back for a top up treatment next year. From spending every waking minute thinking about LS, I have lots of days when I actually forget I have it at all! I can now manage the condition with non- steroid creams. I highly recommend you give this treatment a go and will be forever grateful that it is has helped me cope with this awful condition.
