The Nurse, Gaynor, that carried out my procedure was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, supportive, empathetic and caring. She was reassuring and supportive during the treatment.

The literature, I feel needs updating between the website , leaflets and emails as the advice is not always consistent between the three, Additionally, from my experience of the treatment, the information given to prospective customers is not correct and should be updated.

There are review forms to complete at each stage of the treatment. The advice is that they are reviewed at the clinic but I was surprised that as I raised some concerns with the treatment and outcomes that this wasn’t followed up or discussed with me.. I wanted this treatment for vaginal laxity, pain on intercourse and vaginal dryness. I am 57 and nearly through the menopause. I had the 3 recommended treatments 6 weeks apart. Gaynor was excellent with the knowledge and support that she gave me. I did however experience excruciating pain internally when receiving the treatment in my vagina.I have a high pain threshold and the pain was hardly bearable. I think I was in shock after my first treatment as I had no idea that this would be this painful and the website states that it is a pain free procedure so I was not prepared . I was advised that this does happen with some women but with some there is no pain at all. The external part treating the vulva/labia was uncomfortable but totally manageable.

Post treatment the positives are a moderate tightening of my vagina and a much stronger pelvic floor. I did the recommended exercises religiously, which definitely helped. The appearance of my vulva/labia is also better and plumper.

I am disappointed that I still experience pain and burning during intercourse. I still need to use lubricant as this has not really improved either. I also now experience less sensitivity around my clitoris and it is harder now to orgasm. I had no problems previous to this treatment. After the first treatment this area improved but after the second and third the sensitivity decreased a great deal.

The benefits of the treatment are meant to increase over time so I am hoping for more results. It is an expensive treatment and because of the pain experienced during the treatment, I am unsure at the moment as to whether I will have a yearly top up.

I had a Zoom call with Katy so the reception and facilities do not apply. I had a wonderful consultation and made to feel like I was completely normal and not losing my mind. It was amazing to have somebody understand exactly how I was feeling and to be told that there is something that can be done that will make me feel like my old self again is like a miracle. I feel so much better today from just talking to someone who is qualified in this subject and understands, has sympathy and more importantly is able to help. Katy was marvelous and I can’t thank you enough.

Very professional service. Keran was brilliant and very friendly.. The changes since having it done has been phenomenal. Sex life is much better, the appearance of my vagina is much more youthful. I will definitely be rebooking with these guys again for my top up when I’m due one. 100%. The procedure itself is slightly uncomfortable but it is virtually pain free. Quick and straightforward. I was perfectly fine afterwards. No issues at all.
