The nurse was lovely and took care of me very well. I just have one complaint and that is that it doesn’t state anywhere inthe confirmation that the building is called Lyca health and it doesn’t say anywhere on the building that it’s the womens health clinic, so I was running around like a headless chicken, stressing trying to find the building and was almost late for my appointment despite being really early forms appointment, do please mention that in the booking confirmation. Thanks

The receptionist at the surgery left me sitting in reception without telling me to go upstairs. I actually think she forgot what I was there for. Everything else was fine, and Keran was lovely, it’s just that bit that wasn’t great.

Just to say that I mentioned the latter part of the treatment had not been quite so effective for me in the previous 2 visits so the practitioner spent longer on it this time and it is already better.
