The service I received was excellent and Gaynor was very helpful and friendly.. I was a bit nervous at the beginning but she boosted my confidence.. great service and I will sure recommend friends

Didn’t see any reception staff as I came straight from my car to the clinic room. Delia is absolutely delightful and such a lovely person. Puts you at ease and is SO professional. A gem!

The reception was closed and it was causing terrible problems to Delia but patients too. This needs addressing maybe have an intercom system for Delia or make sure reception is covered. Delia is lovely and does a fantastic job she should not be distracted from her job and patient care because the reception was unmanned it’s not very professional, it lets your brand down. My treatment and consultation was perfect and simply lovely. Delia did a smashing job. The system did crash and I couldn’t rebook for treatment three, again not ideal for Delia. I am looking forward to treatment three and recommending friends once treatment is complete and lockdown allow me to see and chat with my ladies

Reception staff in the building did not know about my appointment and I had to find the room myself

Gina is such a lovely kind person. Felt very comfortable with her and her bedside manner is just wonderful.

I cannot recommend this incredible (and life changing) service. Lead by dedicated and wonderful ladies, who have been trailblazing in finding solutions for our discomfort. I have been telling every female I know about them and I can’t thank them enough for their help in restoring and rejuvenating a part of my body I thought would be problematic forever. The transformation after one session is mind-blowing.

Gaynor, my practitioner was absolutely AMAZING! She was just so professional and gentle and knowledgeable. Fantastic!
