Some of the literature provided via the website, leaflets and email is not always consistent . One example is how long after treatment is it safe to use a spa/sauna/swim. Different advice time wise on each advice info This appointment the receptionist asked why I was there and what appointment I was there for which felt awkward and didn’t feel very discreet or private

Delia was exceptionally very good and welcoming, very understanding and carried out the procedure with thorough understanding of the patients welfare.Every thing was on time and pre appointment communication the day before was very clear as to finding the place and discussing any other health issues plus demonstrated lot of empathy throughout the conversation. Would recommend anyone not to be nervous as standard of treatment is high….many many thanks.

Unfortunately the treatment wasn’t appropriate for me due to a past operation and scarring. The practitioner Keran was professional, kind and considerate throughout my appointment. Keran consulted with her colleague after my appointment to ensure the treatment wasn’t appropriate.
