The room was far too hot (mildly sunny day in mid September) I’m sure it would be unbearable in summer. The equipment broke down half way through treatment which was disconcerting to say the least. Ellen could not have been more professional and helpful – she saved the day and I could return the same da to complete my treatment. The fact she is so great is what saves your reputation, you really need to work on telephone accessibility and reconsider the room and technological reliability. I already had one appointment cancelled because the equipment was faulty. Far too early to comment on any treatment effectiveness.

Ellen allowed me to book on a Saturday as this worked better for me which I appreciated. No fault of her own it was very difficult to get into the building for my appointment time. No one was working on reception at this time and the door was locked. I had no telephone number for Ellen to tell her I was waiting outside the building. I managed to get my appointment two hours later. I called the helpline but could not get through to anyone.

I haven’t booked my own appointments so I really cannot comment. When first making enquiries about the treatment I received plenty of information, prompt telephone responses, follow up calls until booking first consultation. After first treatment it was the opposite I couldn’t always reach customer service easily or get a response in timely manner. Needing/getting advice once in the treatment process is not easily obtained. Having said that I am pleased with the treatment so far and the practitioner Ellen is very good, friendly and professional and put me at ease, and encouraging but not pressuring to go ahead.

Maybe I have more sensitivity but I really wish you had some means of pain relief. I have found my last 2 sessions quite painful.

I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Singh. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have also dealt with the Nurse, Ros. She is really efficient and friendly too. I feel fully supported and have great faith in their knowledge and skills. I have already recommended this service to several friends. It’s an excellent service and I believe great value for money.

Fantastic service all round! Highly recommend!
