I thought I would receive some notes / a summary following my appointment. I was concentrating & couldn’t take many notes so am disappointed by that. I haven’t been to the clinic so can’t comment on the wording room but have been forced to answer so I can submit this survey

I would have given 5 stars but I am very disappointed by the end result. I have Made a few phone calls regarding the pharmacy not ringing and giving me my medicines. Its been 3 days and still no call back. Highly let down at the end of a lovely consultation whereby I would have had my hrt and been delighted.

There was a mixup with my appointment time, completely my own fault, i was half an hour late and the lady that did the procedure couldn’t have been nicer about it. I was her last client of the day and she was just about to leave. I would have understood if she had cancelled the appointment but she turned all the equipment back on and set everything back up again, she made me feel so comfortable and she was very professional, I highly recommend

Really pleased with the service, Delia was great! Would definitely recommend.
