I felt as though I was being talked at, that the practitioner wasn’t actively listening, more a conveyor belt of customers. Lacked a real personal touch and attention.

I was welcomed by Emma, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the procedure. She answered questions and listened. We did digress and speak about our personal circumstances, partners and leaving them. Which is fine. My concern is this impacted on the time left for my treatment, which only took a total of 7 minutes. Which did surprise me. I’m hoping that my results will be excellent. Only time will tell.

Fantastic, easy to book appointment and Emma was lovely and every thing was clear and easy to understand .

The lady who I spoke to on the phone was so lovely, welcoming and down to earth. I felt I could discuss with her with ease. Thank you.
