I appreciate the clinic in in shared premises but the receptionist didn’t know the clinic was open,didn’t know the name of who I was seeing or what I was there for. I left worried I had the wrong address.I called the contact number I had then to wait for someone to call me back. I walked up the road then back again when sure I had the correct address I went back in again and the receptionist told me to try waiting and probably someone would come. I then received a call from the person I was to see who was very kind and helpful,I was in the correct place and she came and found me. Everything after this was very professional and informative. I didn’t feel rushed and happy to ask any questions I had. The treatment went well and I am waiting to be contacted to make my next appointment.

Felt uncomfortable and tired afterwards. Do so hope it works although I know it may not. Any chance of suggesting a pain killer before hand?

I was a bit early for my appointment and told to come back in 20 minutes so I had to hang around in the rain

Faye was very professional and made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and would definitely recommend to friends. However, I was asked to wait outside in the garden as the receptionist wasn’t able to contact the nurse as the room is rented and had no contact number and asked me to ring her. I was lucky to have missed the torrential rain downpours so not the best start to such an appointment. A better system for patients needs to be arranged to ensure they feel comfortable before attending the appointment.

Keran was really outstanding and put me at ease straight away. She went through everything very thoroughly and was extremely patient and listened to my ongoing problems intently. The booking of the appointment however was not very easy at all. Keran was trying to book me in on the system for my next visit and was also unable to do so which was disappointing.

Delia was amazing, friendly warm and funny. Just what you need!
