Re the ‘4’s: Would have preferred a shorter wait for appointment. Information re parking at/nearby clinic would have been useful. Reception staff asked me to complete yet another form on paper, which seemed unnecessary and unconnected with Silvery Blue etc (although I was impressed with their hygiene and Covid awareness and security!) Re last Q below, I am happy for you to quote anything you wish for marketing purposes, but please only use my initials!
