Not sure how results are …..
Not sure how results are as only had treatment yesterday . But from my two previous treatments changespecially are temporarily.

Gaynor is amazing. So down to earth and has a very gentle touch. Highly recommended and have booked 2 further treatments.

Toilet facilities cramped…..
Toilet facilities cramped and tap in one nearest to reception not operating properly. I reported it to reception and got the idea it’d happened before. Basically previous occupant came out and tap was running in full blast for several Seconds. Then when I had put soap on my hands it wouldn’t come on at all. Luckily we all have sanitiser. Such a waste of water but also Covid issues. No temperature Checks done. Questionnaire needs updating as no literature to be seen under Covid rules.

Delia was very friendly a…..
Delia was very friendly and welcoming and listened fully to the reasons why I had decided to attend the clinic. She talked through the procedure fully and showed me all the equipment that she was going to use. She listened to any questions that I had and gave thorough answers and made sure that I was comfortable at all times.She was very gentle during the procedure and made sure to concentrate on the area where I have the most laxity. I have only given 4* for ease of contacting by telephone because I always have to wait for a call back. Also on the day before my appointment I had not received a call from Delia so rang the 0800 number late in the afternoon, but nobody called back. This caused me some anxiety because the email that I had received previously had stated that if I did not accept a call my appointment would be cancelled. Delia has now clarified that she is not available on Tuesdays so calls for future appointments on Wednesdays will be in Monday.

Keran made me feel at ease and is very informative to how the procedure works. She is passionate how it can make a difference and she ensures that you have all the information before you have the procedure done. Her bubbly personality made me comfortable and trusted her to do the procedure.
