Jess was fantastic. She put me straight at ease. She knew exactly what she was talking about and was so professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic.. Immediate results. A complete game changer.

The reasons I rated the practitioner as 3 star was because she appeared slightly nervous and at times unsure. The previous treatments I had required me to lie down but on this occasion i was sat in a 45 degree angle, which made the treatment more uncomfortable than previous sessions. In hind sight I could have asked to lie flat but at the time trusted the practitioner to guide me. After the treatment, i was asked if i normally had spotting straight away, and was then shown cotton wool with blood on it to show how much I was spotting. I might have had spotting before but was not made aware of it at the time and have only seen very minimal spotting a few hours after treatment. My comments are not a complaint, just feedback to help improve the service offered.

I was at Canary Wharf. The facility is really nice and clean, stuff is kind and knowledgeable. The treatment was quick and I was offered to stop if it’s too painful but it was only like lazer hair removal. I can’t comment on the treatment as it was only my first one of the three. I hope it will all worth it at the end.

Recommended 100% . I’m very happy because they help to back in normal life. I done nu V treatment in canary wharf with Nurse Gaynor and she was very nice. I feel woman again. Big hug for your team you are perfect!!!Thanks so much ❤
