Emma was was very down to earth and put me at ease, an immediate continence improvement after the first session, bolstered by the second and third sessions six weeks apart. Along with this some very sound advice on exercises to do at home. I am only sorry I didn’t do this sooner, it’s 90% improved and getting better by the day.. I just found it a bit difficult to arrange an appointment, I had made a mistake and was left sitting in reception for 40 minutes before anyone realised I had come the wrong week.. I did not go ahead with this, it seemed too terrifying
