My appointment was delayed as the previous client was late. The procedure was explained clearly. The amount of discomfort was exactly as stated. I was advised that I may not notice any difference after just one procedure. I can confirm no change at all! Very disappointing. Maybe I was hoping for a miracle but no change at all

As with my last 2 visits I was made to feel at ease and comfortable.. My experience with the nurse was brilliant, she was lovely and made me feel important and relaxed.

The treatments have helped my stress incontinence but unfortunately hasn’t eliminated it. I’ve had 3 treatments and I’m still experiencing some accidents.

I highly recommend going to get this done. How I have suffered with stress incontinence for yrs and thought the only route was expensive surgery, this alternative treatment has already improved after the 1st session. Staff very informative and friendly. Treatment itself feels like a sparkler and only hot sensation for 2hrs after and nothing else. I am able to sneeze now without leaks. I think this will be something I continue with every few years as bodies change with age. I honestly wish I had this done earlier. Thank you Emma!. Worth every penny. Even one treatment will improve symptoms.

The lazering is a quick and relatively painless procedure (any discomfort seems to last approx an hour afterwards and is then gone for good) and Emma my nurse was very reassuring – plus the procedure seems to be working already as I’m experiencing way less pain during love making already. as above – the vaginal tightening seems to be doing what I hoped it would

The treatment itself has improved symptoms and made my life better.. I had this treatment for urine stress leakage and this treatment has improved my symptoms by 80% just after one treatment. It has improved my life. Hoping to get further benefit with future treatments. I can recommend this to others for this symptom.

The service was great my nurse Deborah was absolutely fantastic and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately I don’t think this procedure has worked I don’t see any change and I’m not sure if there are other options but the procedure cost me £1000 so I am disappointed in the result.. Very easy to find. Very clean and welcoming in a Lovely building with beautiful furnishings, more like a hotel than a clinic.

Reception staff very friendly and discrete. Nursing staff are lovely and put you at ease straight away. She talked me through every part of the procedure which really helped. 2 months on and results are fantastic, I will definitely return for repeat treatment.. Although expensive, in reality it is great value as the treatment in non surgical and recovery time is zero. Effects can be felt straight away.

I was extremely happy with the service throughout, from the initial chat with Rosalind to the actual treatment with Deborah. I felt completely at ease and in very safe hands. Only one week on but already happier.. Impressed by results so far, only a week since treatment. Internally painless, outside a little nippy but nothing I couldn’t put up with.
