Katy is very professional and friendly, she puts you at ease from the moment you enter the clinic. Katy listens and is empathetic to your symptoms and questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about HRT and explains in detail all the facts regarding symptoms, treatment and the HRT journey. Katy takes her time to ensure you fully understand that your symptoms etc are normal and how HRT will help you back to a normal life! Due to Katy, I now feel I have my life back and I am 100% in control. Katy is a credit to the company.

Guin was my first point of contact via a telephone call. She was very informative making me feel I was taking the right route. Karen is the Menopause Nurse who completed my assessment via a video call. Karen was also very informative around the menopause and it’s symptoms along with the type of HRT she was to prescribe. Karen was very understanding and listened to me regarding my symptoms putting my mind at ease for the first time. In my eyes paying to go private is a much quicker and easier path to take as you’re seen as an individual and the nurses have more time to listen. I feel a 10 minute GP appointment wouldn’t have put me at ease quite as much, as I had lots of questions which were answered. Thank you ladies for being So Lovely and understanding. I would Definitely (and have already) spread the word in regard to this team.

I have appointments via video link, Jayne my practitioner nurse is outstanding, very informative and reassuring! Would highly recommend.
