We had technical problems with my virtual appointment and we couldn’t get a video call to connect but it was fine we just spoke on the phone. Katy was lovely. She has a very caring manner. Made me feel comfortable discussing a difficult subject and she is very knowledgeable. Thanks Katy

Thank you nurse Emma for being so friendly when i arrived Friday, you made me feel at ease, you were so professional, informative but also made the experience fun too, the treatment was very quick & I noticed the difference in the mirror as soon as I got home from the one hour drive. By the morning, a big change and difference for the better, I felt like I was in my 20’s again, such a liberating, empowering & amazing feeling, worth every single penny. Have recommended to my friends & family. Cannot wait to have the second treatment in six weeks. Thank you so much Emma : )x

All the staffs was helpful from my telephone consultation with Jill. Needed to speak to her about something else and she rang back quickly after my request. Emma was brilliant. Thank you.
