Can never get through by phone and if a message is left, very rarely you get a call back. No out of office on practitioners email so its taken 3 weeks of emailing to no avail. Finally emailed the clinic in Thurmaston and got a call the next day. So well redeemed. Very happy with Karens advice tho. All in all a good service but please answer the phones ?

Karen put me at ease immediately and was very sympathetic to my concerns, she had lots of knowledge and pointed me in the right direction with the decision I needed to make.

I was treated by nurse Gaynor during my appointment. She was very kind, patient and explained everything very easily and simply. Thank you to all the staff at Nu V for being so helpful.
