Emma was very personable and very easy to talk to. She explained everything to me in a way I understood and could relate.

I only had the initial telephone consultation. I booked the call because it came up on the webpage of my local gp and it said it would be a 30min FREE call and that the staff were not salespeople. I actually thought it was a NHS service initially. I was very disappointed when the first thing I heard was how much the consultation would cost! The nurse who called me wasn’t really interested in much else, so I probably was on the phone for 5min, only to be told there wasn’t even a practitioner I could see in Brighton. Annoyingly, waiting for that call actually made me miss the window to call my gp to book an appointment for the day. PS I had to mark poor for the questions that should be N/A as otherwise it wouldn’t let me finish the feedback
