Waiting room needs updating but comfortable and warm

Can not express enough how life changing this has been for me. Feel like a woman again , after being in so much pain , uncomfortable most of the time and not being able to be close to my man . Emma is an amazingly knowledgable practitioner who expresses genuine concern about women’s health and menopause. Thank you for making me smile again ????

The failure to supply a proper address on confirmation of booking was very stressful. I had to phone for a post code days before the appointment which led me to a huge business Park. I phoned again and had no call back or a number of the Bristol centre which was a private GP office and no signage to say where to go. It was very stressful. Please supply better directions. Carollyn was lovely and very professional and helpful.

My appointment was 16.30 on 3 December noboby called me very disappointed

I feel very happy about the level of service that I was given for my treatments. Everyone was extremely helpful. Emma my practitioner really put me at ease with her brilliant bed side manner, experience and knowledge. Can’t thank them enough!

The nurse who interviewed me was lovely, but when I read the documents to sign they said that treatment for atrophy may only last a certain amount of months. This seemed a very expensive procedure to keep having, therefore I declined the treatment.

Very smooth journey so far. Thank you
