I just had my first (online) appointment with Katy, and I’m so grateful. She was very kind and a great listener. She answered all my questions and gave me a lot of useful knowledge. She is very knowledgeable and patient, and really cares. The connection, via WhatsApp, was clear enough. It never cut out and I got everything she said. I felt very cared for.

Only had telephone consult so many of your questions don’t apply , hence 1 star to those questions Your website offers a treatment that isn’t actually available . Consult ended quite abruptly like I had been too long on the phone . Staff member did try to find me alternative clinic for my needs but overall major disappointment for what I thought was going to be the answer to my problem .

I think I was charged incorrectly. Keiran ask me for £400 for a top up minus the deposit, but when I received the invoice she hadn’t taken the deposit off. This might have been because my internet wasn’t working and I had to get the password for the Birmingham centre.

Katy immediately made me feel at ease and listened to what I had to say. Katy understood how I was feeling and made me realise that it’s normal and there is help. I am at the beginning of my perimenopause journey and with Katy’s help and advice we are finding the right HRT path to help me feel like me again!
