I can’t praise Paula, the pracrioner, enough. She was both friendly and professional. She put me at ease and explained what she was doing every step of the way.

Though the Practitioner was pleasant it was obvious she was rushed and busy. I hadn’t even finished asking my pre treatment questions before I was told goodbye bearing in mind we’d spoke for approx 10-15 mins. I am a sufferer of LS and had specific questions. I was also told my treatment appointment was cancelled and I hadn’t been informed. I have responsibilities and the change impacted my work. It is a shame as I had high hopes for the clinic and it’s practices but so far apart from some friendly staff the customer care/service sadly is below acceptable.

Customer service is shocking. Nowhere to contact you and get reply. I tried changing appointment over what’s app, email, phone …. No success. Treatment room looks shabby and bit dated. It was little hard to find as well. Only positive thing about this was Paula as she was lovely.

Excellent service where you feel listened to with clear explanations of any questions you have and supportive and caring staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed with decision making on HRT. Excellent detailed follow up. Thanks Jayne
