Jayne was excellent in every way, very knowledgeable, spent time discussing the issues I was experiencing and directed me to information that would support me. Thank you Jayne.

My nurse practitioner Jayne was so reassuring and down to earth. She explained the procedure well and showed me the laser prior, so I could understand more on what was happening inside my body. Jayne was responsive to me throughout the treatment, which was quick and on time. Nice clinic with freindly reception staff. My second treatment was better than my first mainly as I understood what was going to happen as I’d been before. I do feel the NuV has helped my symptoms and also given a range of other benefits. TWHC offers women the opportunity to address symptoms that the NHS does not and in this way can really empower and help women to improve their everyday wellbeing from the physical to emotional and psychological. Thank you!

The practitioner explained everything about the treatment and continued to inform me during the treatment as to what was about to happen, which I found very helpful.

Appointments are not rushed, very much patient focused and Katy makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable in discussing all aspects of menopausal issues. I appreciate the email conformations and WhatsApp reminders regarding the appointments, very useful service. Have recommended this clinic to several friends and others.
