Katie is an absolutely magnificent resource for every woman looking to navigate this middle stage of life. She is helpful and knowledgeable, and by far the best health practitioner I’ve encountered in Spain. She explained so much that I hadn’t known about hormones. I feel like not only do I have a plan going forward, but I have a guide for the journey. I highly recommend her and this practice.
