My second appointment with Keran she makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. Everything is fully explained and happy to answer any questions. Very professional, very warm and welcoming. So pleased with the results so far as well!!

There is not enough signage with regard to the clinic and therefore I was very late for the appt and that made me stressed..so not good! I also thought that the entrance and the clinic itself was rather scruffy and amateurish, rather like a hairdressers not a clinic!! However, the care and warmth of my practitioner made up for this! Gaynor was very warm and friendly and put me at ease and I had no I’ll after effects from the treatment! I am hoping for great results from my treatment!!
