Paula was excellent explaining procedure. However I found that the treatment was extremely painful. I was expecting some discomfort but was unprepared for the pain. I am anxious about any more treatment.

Very hard to get through on the phone.

It was very difficult to ring my nurse when I realised I had got appointment time wrong. Suggest provide a direct line number. Nurse was very helpful about me muddling time up and she was generally caring throughout the appointment. I would like a clinic nearer to Helston TR13 as it is a 2.5hr journey to Exeter and clinics only run on limited days. The treatment was quite painful which I was not prepared for. Suggest looking at medical options to help patents deal with this as I was quite traumatised during and after for the evening and had a long drive back home. I am now waiting to see what results are and hopefully all worth it?.

My nurse Paula was so lovely. She put me at ease as I was a bit anxious. The whole procedure from start to finish I couldnt fault. When I return for my next Top Up, I am definitely hoping it is Paula again to do my procedure. Many thanks. Linda G
