I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the whole process from booking an appointment and then seen by the consultant. The consultant was kind and professional. She explained everything and gave an honest advice. Thank you.

Amazing service!

Bar the limitations of only being able to book on one day a week, I have no qualms about future appointments. In theory, the procedure sounds painful and quite frightening in practice it was only mildly uncomfortable the calming but professional practitioner was excellent at answering questions and putting my mind at rest especially as she had personal experience of the procedure so knew exactly what she was talking about.

Great service, follow up telephone consultation came through at exactly the time stated. Sympathetic and helpful advice given

Not quite what I was expecting. I did say I wasnt sure which service I needed but the phone call was all menopause related and the cost of menopause packages. I wouldnt recommend and dont think you would wish to use my testimonial. Thank you for your quick response though.

Have now had 3 treatments, 2 with Jayne, who is great! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Modern & Extremely clean environment. Would definitely recommend to friend or family!!

Can never get through by phone and if a message is left, very rarely you get a call back. No out of office on practitioners email so its taken 3 weeks of emailing to no avail. Finally emailed the clinic in Thurmaston and got a call the next day. So well redeemed. Very happy with Karens advice tho. All in all a good service but please answer the phones ?
