the call on the phone very good ,There were problems sending the forms to my e-mail called a few times but on two occasions nobody got back to me. the consultation with Karen was excellent very informative very nice lady. appointment was Wednesday 9-30am still not had e-mail from chemist its Thursday 1-30pm.

Pleased I had the treatment. I’ve not been contacted by anyone following up after having had the treatment.

Such a great experience, always very friendly and I loved how the practitioner talked me through each stage as they were doing the treatment. I will send progress pictures to view too. I can already see the difference and I am only 24 hours in ?

It was hard to find at first and therefore I was late and felt a little rush before my procedure. But overall I am happy with everything, especially the nurse, who made the experience so much relaxed.
