Ive had to rate the areas I didnt know about because I had a virtual appointment. Perhaps make n/a an option. Karen was lovely. Kind, and thoughtful as well as being very knowledgeable. Made me feel like I wasnt making it all up, which is how Id felt after numerous blood tests. Really happy to try the course of treatment given to me, and explained very clearly.
