The girl at the desk was really very indifferent and not smily – one wants to feel welcome and positive when they arrive feeling nervous. A warm genuine smile goes along way. The young girl was not rude just very indifferent. I think she was close to the end of her shift maybe but even so it struck me that she wasn’t warmly welcoming. But the staff who gave my treatment and phone consultation were amazingly warm and lovely Thank you so much .
