No reception staff at the Leicester clinic. Keren however is very empathic, warm and kind.

Very happy with the service and the professional advice provided. The location could be better for me personally and the lack of a receptionist is a bit intimidating if you have never been before, as you feel you have turned up to the wrong place.

Katy is amazing and extreamly easy to talk to, the service I always receive is impeccable

I can’t thank Ross enough for being so accommodating with my crazy working hours and rescheduling appointments. Thank you. Gaynor was the nurse who treated me and she was the most kindest and knowledgeable nurse who listened and understood my every request and need. She let my daughter attend with me and was such an experience for her. Thank you so much for putting me at ease.
