Ellen Hart was professional and put my mind at rest about such a delicate procedure. However so far there has not been much of a change and Ellen has advised that I should contact her in a couple of months’ time with an update.

Keran is lovely and very professional

My nurse was so helpful and knowledgeable and was so interested in helping myself and others. I am looking forward to seeing her again on the 7th of December for my second treatment. The treatment was slightly uncomfortable in some more sensitive areas but she was so reassuring and understanding and made me feel so relaxed. Wonderful women.

Initially called to ask if they did a certain type of procedure. Was told by reception that they did and I would receive a callback from a doctor. Called back five hours later after not hearing anything, only to be told that I would be called the following day. No calls the following day- called two days later and they still didn’t have an answer for me. Finally received a callback from the doctor only to tell me that they did not in fact perform that procedure. Was a huge waste of time and they really need to work on their communication, poor customer service.

All really good with the consultation. Katy was empathetic, informative and kind, normalising the symptoms of peri-menopause and was encouraging regarding solutions. You can use the testimonial but preferably not with my name Re getting the appointment- I tried to book initially via email as referenced on FB but Katy’s address didn’t work; the website booking page didn’t work and the chat box took me in circles, so I gave up and went to my GP. I ended up with the clinic in the end after a friend gave me Katy’s number to whatsapp direct. Only mentioning in case you are losing other people along the way

I really liked Ellen. She was professional and very approachable and put me at ease straight away. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

At all times I felt comfortable with my discussion and examination with Katy and everything was fully explained to me. I came away feeling positive about the experience and also that there are changes I can make to help manage my menopause symptoms and things I can do to lessen the effects.
