A great experience. Many thanks to Katy for her help and great advice.

I had my first ever treatment, couldn’t wait to get home too see the results and already was very pleased with results so far. Definitely has given me a confidence boost, told all my girlfriends about it. Can share without my name.

The nurses, admin etc were all very helpful.

The premises are good , and in a convenient location.

They all did their best to look after me, and give excellent service.. Only gave 3 stars, as that is what I think of the actual results. The service and staff were all lovely. Treatment – I feel a little improvement, but not to the level I had hoped for.

My 3 treatments have now ended. I suppose I hoped for some further advice, considering it has not had the amazing results others seem to have had.

I’m not sure what else I can do…..

The nurse did advise me to go back to the Gynocologist…..as my rectocele seemed to need more help…..but the Gyno had already told me he wasn’t going to operate as it wasn’t so bad…so if it wasn’t so bad, how come your treatment didn’t improve things more?

I can still feel the prolapsed rectocele, almost down to the vaginal entrance.

I’m finding out recently, through lots of reading, that Constipation, caused partly by – newly diagnosed

-Diverticulitis, may well have created the conditions for the prolapse in the 1st place, and unless that is addressed, bloating, water retention, etc will continue to put pressure on the rectocele.

I now take pro biotics every day, drink lots water, eat lots vegetables, linseeds etc ( my own advice to myself from personal research ) in order not to get a blockage, because the prolapse prevents easy passage.

No doctor has told me any of this, though.

I feel a little improvement in that I can stand a little while without too much discomfort, walk a little further, do a little more generally.

If I had a 4th treatment, would that create too much scar tissue? My massage therapist says scar tissue prevents muscles from working properly.

So, I’m left wondering what next?

If I was to say ‘Katy has changed my life’ I would not be lying. I was lost and I didn’t really know it. Following her advice (which wasn’t what I wanted to hear) we increased my oestrogen. Within 2 months, a person from my past came calling…….the old me, the Lynne I was before menopause and who I’d forgotten about. She’s still with me now but not always present. I’m sticking with Katy and her expert advice to ensure that I do not just get random visits from the person I use to be but to keep as much of her with me as is humanly possible. HRT and an expert like Katy, is the way forward and I will shout this from the rooftops when ever I get the chance. Invest in your self. Reach out ladies, we are worth it! Grateful thanks to Katy x
