Emma was really friendly, put me at ease over the phone before I had even met her. Am a really nervous patient., but would be happy to go back and see Emma. Conversations led to me finding out other procedures that may help me that I wasn’t even aware of.

I returned for my first annual top up and had the same welcome and reassurance by Delia that I experienced at my initial session. Very professional and caring. Sandra Day

The ability to speak to someone who was not only knowledgeable, but sympathetic and completely understanding of the menopause was brilliant. The GP and NHS are superb, but they have limited time and resources for this issue, so having alternative option available has been an absolute godsend.
