Practitioner made reference to her personal opinion of the look of me. Still carried on saying such as the door was open upon my exiting consulting rooms. Explained how previous clients had come in traumatised too and practitioner stated she was eager to see client privates in order to see if it looked like a “butterfly flapping in the wind” Practitioner told me she has “an outy” Very very unprofessional to say the least.

I was extremely happy with my appointment , Katy was brilliant 🤩 I’m so excited about the suggested changes to my HRT and she was very informative and understanding of my problems . I would definitely recommend . Thanks Katy
