The treatment was quite uncomfortable, other companies offer topical anesthetics.

The nurse has made me feel extremely happy she did a excellent job of breaking the awkwardness and made me feel comfortable and safe,her approach was friendly and professional,I am extremely happy to have her as my nurse for my treatment

I was very anxious due to chronic pain and the sensation of the treatment. Gaynor was an absolute blessing with her patience, her understanding of my concerns and her tolerance of my indecisiveness (she had a patient after me). She sympathetically allied my concerns and gave me the option of going away and thinking about it. She was ever so gracious, tolerant and pleasant so much so that I felt assured enough to have the treatment instead of returning on another day. I’m glad I did. Thank you Gaynor for your understanding and your sincerity.

I had my first treatment on the 11th august the treatment itself was very quick and pain free. Keran was so lovely, very kind, professional and caring she really made me feel comfortable and at ease. My main issues where laxity and large labia I’m really hoping this treatment helps me feel more confident,,,, it’s only day 2 ,, I can see no change in my labia but I’m hoping things will change. I am booked in for a second treatment.

I keep reading about pain being mild but I find it extremely painful and would like you to investigate any pain killing treatment. I take paracetamol within 2 hours of treatment time and this third session I had to take some all evening . I felt quite shocked at the intensity . Also a pad kindly offered for after treatment was fine for a few minutes but it was saturated and rubbing horribly at the end of 90 minute train journey home and continued thus( 1st and 2nd treatment not so messy so I was unprepared). I have no idea if this is a sign of general improvement or not? I think the info on this is understated. I needed a heavy absorbency pad in reality for the rest of the day. I am happy to discuss this with any of your practitioners . You may quote my comments in part for for your website as I currently think you underplay it! However, the softening of the skin will hopefully make it all worthwhile. Not having someone in the waiting room is tricky and I realise it’s not your fault.

I was overall very pleased with the administration and the level of detail provided by the practitioner. I also thought the practitioner was professional and kind. I was shocked at the level of discomfort I had during the procedure. I think saying it is pain free in your advertising is misleading. I am sure people e😜erience different levels of pain but I found it very uncomfortable to the point where the practitioner had to stop several times. It wouldn’t have stopped me having the treatment but I would have been mentally better prepared if I had known that there is a level of discomfort. The level of discomfort afterwards was also fairly severe. I had to walk back to the car park and had to stop several times as the burning sensation was so intense. For my next treatment I will bring someone with me so I can be picked up directly from the clinic.
