I made contact with women…..
I made contact with women’s health clinic as I wanted advice on contraception because I suffer terribly with PMDD. On your website, you state that because doctors appointments are very short, your clinic are able to offer consultations where the patient has more time to discuss issues with a medical professional, this really sold the service to me. When I called to make an appointment, I was feeling very desperate at that point for help. I spoke to Roz and I enquired with her about costs. I asked i was bound to paying for prescriptions through WHC following my consultation. I needed to work out funds before going ahead with this. Roz was extremely rude and said “well why don’t you just go to your doctor if you want it for free.” I was completely take back by her tone and was shocked of the attitude given that I was going to pay for the service. It really upset me and if I hadn’t been in need of help so badly, I would not have gone ahead with booking an appointment. My appointment was with Sherry and she was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgable. She called me back when she said she would and went out of her way to order my prescription for me which arrived the next day. I am so grateful to Sherry, she was wonderful. I would use the service again for this reason but first impressions do count so I feel the initial phone call when booking should be handled more sensitively and courteously.

I gave one star regarding waiting room as the questionnaire asked me to answer all the questions but I did not visit the surgery as it was a virtual appt
